Use MiPrep AI at your own discretion. Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription; you keep access through the end of the current period, and you keep what you've downloaded. We won't move you onto a paid plan without you choosing it. Don't use MiPrep AI to commit fraud (see Ethics below). If we mess up, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the trailing 12 months.

Model outputs can be wrong, misleading, or embarrassing — always cross-check answers before speaking them. You are responsible for what you say in your interview. We do not guarantee job outcomes.

MiPrep AI is a candidate-side tool for preparing for and navigating job interviews. Acceptable use includes practicing answers, receiving real-time coaching hints, and reviewing recorded rehearsals.

Unacceptable use includes: impersonating another person in an interview, sitting an interview on behalf of someone else, passing off AI-generated code as your own take-home submission, or circumventing an employer's explicit policy against AI assistance during a technical assessment. If your interviewer has forbidden AI assistance, don't use MiPrep AI in that interview. See our ethics page for the long version.

The free tier does not require a credit card. Paid tiers require you to actively click "upgrade" — no trial that silently converts to a paid plan. Cancel from the dashboard or by emailing [email protected] — we honor cancellation within 24 hours, refund pro-rated for any unused portion of the current period.

Your resume, your job descriptions, your interview audio, and any recordings you make in the app belong to you. We don't claim license to any of it. If you connect your own AI account, that provider's terms apply to what you send them — we recommend reading them.

If you own copyright to something that appeared on MiPrep AI without your permission and want it removed, email [email protected]. This is called a DMCA notice.

Send DMCA notices to [email protected] with the standard 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) elements. We respond within 5 business days.

If we materially change these terms, we email registered users 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
