What a MiPrep mock actually does
A fraction, not a grade
You get “you landed 4 of 6” with the two you missed printed underneath. A number with nothing behind it is something to argue with; the missing points are not.

How is this different from a human mock interview?
It runs on demand — 3am the night before, twenty minutes between meetings. A human mock is an hour of expensive, better advice. Use both if you can. Use this if you can't.
Where do the questions come from?
From the job description you paste and the resume you upload. MiPrep writes your answers first, then asks the questions those answers were written for. They are not pulled from a fixed company question bank — they are specific to the job you are actually applying to.
How is my answer scored?
Every answer MiPrep wrote for you is a short list of points a strong reply has to land. Your spoken answer is checked against that list: covered, or not. If a point needs a number or an incident you did not give, it counts as missed — being generous there would make the score worthless.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The mock runs in your browser. The desktop app is for the real interview, not for practice.
Can I do a mock interview in another language?
