Can I cancel MiPrep AI anytime?
Yes. One click from Settings → Billing. No support ticket needed. No dark patterns. We refund prorated unused time within 14 days on request — competitor Trustpilot complaints about billing dark patterns are why we made this policy.
Is there a free trial?
