How much does MiPrep AI cost?+

Basic $29.99/mo (1 hr), Pro $99.99/mo (5 hrs), Unlimited $224.99/mo (15 hrs). Every plan includes the full copilot on desktop and on your phone — instant answers tuned to your resume and the role, camera-ready eye contact, invisible on screen share. The only extra is the optional $29/mo MiPrep number, which rents you a number and buys no minutes.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. One click in Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal). No support ticket needed. Prorated refund on request within 14 days.

What counts against my hours?+

Only live interview time counts, and it counts the same on every surface — a Zoom round on the desktop app, a phone call on your MiPrep number in either direction, or mic mode in the room all draw down the one balance on your account. Prep work in the dashboard, uploading resumes, editing preferences — all free. The clock starts when you're on the interview.

What does the 15-hour cap on Unlimited mean?+

Exactly what it says: 15 hours of live interview time a month, and the clock only runs while you are on the interview. It is a real cap, not a soft one — the median Pro user does 3-5 hrs/month, so most people never approach it. Prep work, deck authoring and re-runs are free and are not metered at all.

Do I need the $29.99 phone line?+

For call mode, yes — a call has to arrive on a number, and that number is the line. It is also the number a call you place goes out on, so a recruiter never sees your personal phone and calls back to the line that rings with answers. For mic mode, no: it is included in every plan and involves no number at all.

Do the phone and the desktop app share one balance?+

Yes — one account, one pool of hours. Sign in on the phone with the same MiPrep login and your plan is already there, along with the resume and role you set up on the desktop. You are never asked to buy the same hour twice because you took the interview on a different device.
