We hire when the work demands it, not to hit a headcount number.
How we work
- Remote-first, async-default. Meetings are a last resort.
- Ship, then talk about it. We don't do work-in-progress screenshots.
- No stack-worship. Rust when it matters, TypeScript otherwise.
- User-side of the market. We build for candidates, not employers.
- No dark patterns. If a growth tactic requires tricking users, we don't ship it.
