First-launch security notice

MiPrep is code-signed on both platforms. The macOS build is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so Gatekeeper clears it on first launch. The Windows installer is code-signed. You install it the same way you install anything else.

How to open MiPrep AI on macOS (first launch)

  1. 1Download the .dmg from the button above.
  2. 2Drag Edge Sync into your Applications folder.
  3. 3First launch: right-click the app in Applications → Open. Confirm the dialog once.
  4. 4MiPrep AI opens. All future launches work normally.

How to open MiPrep AI on Windows (first launch)

  1. 1Download the .exe from the button above.
  2. 2Run the installer and follow the prompts.
  3. 3Click 'More info' → 'Run anyway'.
