Interview process at Amazon
Leadership Principles-heavy. Expect every behavioral answer to map to at least one LP. Coding rounds are LeetCode medium; system design at senior+.
- Recruiter screen
- OA (online assessment) - 2 coding problems + work simulation + logic puzzles
- Phone screen with hiring manager (behavioral + 1 coding)
- Full loop: 4-5 rounds, each explicitly mapping to 2-3 Leadership Principles. One 'Bar Raiser' round - most weight.
- Debrief + offer
